In a rush to get carpets cleaned before moving into a new home 3 hours away, I was sure that it would never happen. But, 2 minutes after I left Brian a message, he returned my call... after business hours! He had me at the great customer service, but on top of that, he did an amazing job of getting stains out of the carpet that I was convinced would never come out. I would highly recommend Brian!
