This was our first time using The Master’s Touch by Brian, and he did a fantastic job on our carpet. On top of that, he’s genuinely such a nice guy. We will definitely be using his services again.
I called to schedule an appt and Brian was able to come the same day. Excellent job cleaning the downstairs carpet. Got rid of the dog’s mess on the carpet and chair we’ve been trying to do ourselves for awhile. Great communicator, a huge plus for me. Will definitely do business with Brian again.
About 750 ft of our basement carpet was covered with water when our sump pump quit working. Brian was on the job quickly. As I expected he left the job clean and dry.
In a rush to get carpets cleaned before moving into a new home 3 hours away, I was sure that it would never happen. But, 2 minutes after I left Brian a message, he returned my call... after business hours! He had me at the great customer service, but on top of that, he did an amazing job of getting stains out of the carpet that I was convinced would never come out. I would highly recommend Brian!
