Excellent customer service. Sherri was the sweetest and explained everything from start to finish. I will always use this jeweler, they are very welcoming and treat you like family.
A big shout out and thank you to the entire team. They greeted me with smiles and listen to my concerns about my ring. They gave me an amazing price to get it restored. This thing is very sentimental to me. It was my mother’s 25th wedding Gift from my father and it had quite a few issues. Masters Touch is an incredible local jewelry store that is unmatched in quality of product and customer care. My wedding ring band was thinning and needed some reinforcement so I took it into the jewelers at Masters Touch. We decided to add a few new diamonds to `even out the look’ in addition to the reinforcement.
