Extremely unprofessional staff. I’ve never had such a negative experience with a supplier over the phone or in person. Never!! I called to ask if they carry or have Luxaire AC coils in stock. Instead of simply answering, they insisted I send my gas B ticket and ID first. I didn’t have the documents on hand and didn’t feel comfortable sharing personal information without knowing if they even have what I need.
