I came here today following the navigation. They didn’t have the exact same model I was looking for, but a gentleman sitting outside the cabinet section was super helpful and gave me great advice. Thanks to him, I was able to solve what felt like a tricky problem. It was my first time visiting this store, and I truly felt supported. 😄
The worst supplier in canada I ordered a furnace, they quoted me for 1335 plus taxes for a furnace When i went to pick up the unit after an hr or two, they said the price is gone up to 1995 plus taxes. Eventually i picked up the unit and installed the furnace, the furnace was defective and rattling, and making extremely load noises.after few hours i managed to talk to justin, tech support. The tall guy who spoke Cantonese had a very bad attitude and looked ferocious as if others owed him something. It was really baffling. Fortunately, he was not the only one working there, otherwise no one would want to go in a second time
