Very disappointed with the service at Masters HVAC Supply in Markham. I sent my employee to pick up a compressor for an urgent customer repair using my company's credit card. The sales associate, S. Khan, informed him that they would not accept the card unless the registered company owner was physically present. As a business owner, I cannot always leave a job site to personally purchase parts.
