First time visiting here. Daughter had a high fever 104.5. All staff from the valet Parker to the Doctors, they all treated us with respect and kindness. The nurses helped get the medicine in our daughter as defiant as she was. The Doctors explained everything clearly and slowly. I don’t have anything negative to say. We came here for our child’s well being and they provided flawlessly. Thank you all!!
This place is horrible, my son has severe persistent asthma and came in the er with ems, nurse came in gave a inhaler and a steroid, didn't come back in for hours later, didn't see a Dr until 5 1/2 hrs after arrival, i kept informing the nurse that my sons pulmonary doctor doesnt want his oxygen lower than 95 and times the monitor showed it was 92 and 93 and they showed 0 regard to that!, just like the previous review, while we was waiting staff was playing, chatting away ,talking about food and showing things on each other ... read more
This place is a joke, there’s so many nurses at the front desk , chatting talking about chipotle & other things instead of checking on patients while my son is 4 days old with jaundice . I’m not sure why people expect us to write reviews when nothing gets done around here. So yea u the one reading this. Get off your ass and get your staff in check.
I brought my daughter in with nausea and vomiting for the second time in two days. The first time they rehabilitated her just enough so that she could go home and the next day when we returned we waited two hours for a room to even be seen. When it was decided she was going to be admitted we were put in an overflow room with a bed for my daughter, a small couch for me, no pillows, a couple thin blankets, no shower, no access to food unless you want to manage your way through a maze and hope to find your way back to where you... read more
