Amazing experience every time with Jessica:)
Had the same experience as IAMBLESSED. Horrible customer service. Will not honor my groupon by not keeping an appointment with me, no response to emails or phone calls/messages....and they have my money. SAD.

It does look like back in Nov 13 we were going through high turn over with our therapists and front desk staff. Your groupon is all ways worth at least what you pay for it. Groupon has great customer service and I think they do some sort of in store credit so your money is not lost.
Jessica is the BEST ever!
