The staff was very nice and polite. My massage therapist was very nice and I could tell they cared about my wellbeing. But the deep tissue massage didn't give my neck and shoulder muscles the tension relief I needed. It wasn't deep tissue. Maybe they were just having an off day (everyone has them) or are overworked by management (happens a lot in Massage Therapy), but if I'm going to fork out 90 bucks, I expect a good massage.
Best massage ever! Like getting a massage from an octopus!
Nothing like a deep tissue massage by someone who knows what they are doing ! Rachel Horne is wonderful.
