I had such an amazing experience here! I had a deep-tissue massage with Dawn and a facial with Bonnie! Great services and such a good atmosphere. They were super helpful, accommodating, safe and efficient! lovely place too in a cute little historic building in Downtown BR!!
On 11/16/20, I spoke with Yolanda about spa services. She refused to provide me service because of my questions and hung up the phone in my face. On 11-16-2020, I spoke with an employee Yalonda over the phone asking questions such as the experience level of the massage therapist, how many men and women do they have, and do the employees get tested on a regular basis for coronavirus. My husband booked us a couples massage for my birthday, got the confirmation in our email and everything. Called on the way there to make sure and was told they had nothing on us. Guess we will be booking elsewhere for our next attempt.
The cupping was a new but awesome experience. My fibromyalgia pain has lessened tremendously!
So my husband made an appt for a massage several days ago and he was required to pay for it up front..... then they cancelled his appt day of because they person had a family emergency..... then when he called to see about getting refund he was told they couldn’t refund.... the money would go into an account for later use. No.... he didn’t get the service that he paid for.... the money should be refunded.

This is my second time trying them out, and all I can say is WOW! Clean facility, many safety procedures/precautions in place, and Jordan was absolutely perfect. He managed to work out all my knots, even the ones I didn’t even know I had. Will be returning regularly from now on!
