This place sucks stay away. No ac since 2015 because of mismanagement and theft from the property manager Alex. This place is the worst. Crime is crazy and nothing is done to protect its residents who actually pay their condo fees.
Pretty bad place to live. Maybe if it was like it was 20 years ago it would be "passable" but now it's terrible and it doesn't look like it's going to get better anytime soon. Find somewhere else to live for your own sake.
La administración más asquerosa, solo ven su beneficio y bienestar, no les importa el de su gente, el lugar mas horribleee para vivir, si decea buscar a vivir en estos apartamentos, mejor pongase a contar hasta 10, para que le pase el deceo y sino le pasa muerase contando, este es el lugar mas horrible, dias sin energia otro dia sin calefaccion, otro dia sin agua caliente, y asi, asi se mantiene la miseria en los servicios de este pulguero.!
Recent Murder of high school student in parking lot, long uncut grass and muddy sidewalks, cars towed by malicious towing company for no reason, loud music, dogs barking. Homeless wandering up and down parking lots, glass of entry doors broken. HORRIBLE nightmare place to live. I’m out in the next 10 days!!
