My bill here is estimated to be around $28,000. It took more than 20 minutes to fill out one of their forms on my iPhone 13, which their software refused to accept and send. The software does not allow you to print out your work at this point, so you cannot save a copy. A call to the office tells me that I need to do the form on a computer, rather than a phone. I would give Fewer stars than zero if possible. I had a consult appt for a very painful extraction needed. That went well only to find out they “couldn't”schedule the procedure until 6 weeks later. I told them I was not able to sleep or eat and it had been 2 weeks of this already trying to get in somewhere for help. I was told to call daily to ask for cancellations which I did. The operator answering the phone is rude unprofessional, and disrespectful when I called and said I have questions about what oral surgery deals with to see if they can help with my dental issue put on a long hold and put in a voicemail, then called back the same operator then lied said she didn’t wouldn’t give me a supervisor or her name and hung in my ear. l wouldn’t recommend this oral surgeon based on having rude unprofessional staff.
