I read reviews a lot before I purchase anything or make decisions. I pretty quickly came to the conclusion that this group takes care of property and the people. They have rules, they aren’t complicated. Pay your rent and you’ll have no problems. And follow the rules that are in the agreements you signed
This is a great group. Make sure that the rental properties are taken care of. No bugs, not even a spider has been in my place. Constant care and attention to the property means there is way less for you to ever have to worry about. Bottom line they are amazing
This is the best rental agency and property management company around. I have used them for the past 10 years. Multiple homes and have never had an issue with them. Bottom line they care. If you have an issue as a renter they will make sure things are taken care of. I now live in an apartment complex that is managed by them. It’s peaceful and really nice. Shane, Lisa, Tasha, and Ashley are wonderful! Thank you guys again!!
