Shane Snoots is one of the rudest, most unprofessional leasing agents I've ever had the pleasure of not renting from. We had red flags from the first Zillow message from him that only multiplied the longer we spoke to him. We did end up applying to a property and getting denied for reasons completely unrelated to this company, but we ended up being very glad that we dodged a bullet and didn't get locked into dealing with these people for a year or longer. Definitely avoid them at all costs!
