I am writing to express serious concern regarding an experience my family and I had at this MRI center on January 12, 2026. I brought my 80-year-old mother to this location for an MRI appointment. Wonderful staff and facility Care and service
Great facility! Friendly & kind staff! You get headphones and your preference of music while in the MRI machine!
What's the use of having the latest and greatest technology when your service is less than sub-par? They did not enter my MRI orders in their system 3 business days after me getting their receipt confirmation. And you can't get basic answers from their radiologists or technicians when other MRI centers are happy to do so. Just cancelled my appointment and will not deal with this place if it were the last on earth.
