Welcoming
It is taking us 5 days of back and forth just to book an appointment. They seem to prioritize bureaucracy over outcomes and sensible decision making. Basic application of simple human judgment and decision making would have saved us a week. Time is critically important in situations relating to cancer and health. They still haven’t allowed us to book an appointment. I’m afraid to think of what the experience is like after we eventually get an appointment.
