Although the building is in a nice location... that seems to be the only perk of this apartment. There are no Amenities, we are charged for random fees every month. There is no privacy at all they come into your apartment at least twice a month and if they cannot get access at that they will charge you anywhere from $35-70 to reschedule their visit. They are also the only apartment that I have ever lived in that charges you every time maintenance comes. In the last year they have tried to charge me $177 for a garbage disposa... read more
