I just moved in and the whole team was so awesome! The apartment is quiet and the neighbors seem pretty chill. Rory the caretaker is so kind and helpful and just deeply appreciated! He went above and beyond after my move in and is very responsive, professional and helpful! Lenore was really kind and patient and helpful during move in as well. I’m very excited to live in this building.

I lived in the Martinique for five years, moving to Las Vegas in September 2020. It was just time for me to take a break from the Minnesota winters after working so much this year, and Las Vegas has always been my "happy place", but I digress. Every time I've moved into a place, I always wondered why the previous tenant moved OUT, and you don't always get the chance to ask them (whether it's a good or bad reason), so that's my reason for leaving the Martinique.
