We have had non-stop break ins to our common areas (storage units, mailboxes, laundry room, ect), thefts, homeless people sleeping in our building, people doing drugs in the hallways, non stop maintenance issues, ect. I feel so unsafe living in this building. The new management even sent an email telling us there are now “pests” in the building but refused to communicate what those “pests” were and were unclear about fumigation. I just moved in and the whole team was so awesome! The apartment is quiet and the neighbors seem pretty chill. Rory the caretaker is so kind and helpful and just deeply appreciated! He went above and beyond after my move in and is very responsive, professional and helpful! Lenore was really kind and patient and helpful during move in as well. I’m very excited to live in this building.
