Run as far away from this place as you can. Weller management took it over recently and have ran it into the ground. The people in the office don't care about you at all. They come and rip drywall out of your garage from a leak upstairs and leave it all for you to clean up. And the quality of people that they rent to now has went way down while jacking the rent up.
