I was almost deliberately hit by a car that was speeding in the parking garage yesterday, while I was walking on foot. I went to the front office to ask them to rewind the tape to catch the license plate number so the police could be notified but they said only the property manager, who wasn't there, could rewind the tape. We left a note with the person at the front office saying that the manager needed to call us once their shift began.
