Well, I am not sure exactly how to start the novel that is this review. We signed a 6 month lease with the Marquis at Sugar Land and there has never been a worse decision in my entire life. I am not exactly sure how they are receiving such favorable reviews, maybe they are offering people an incentive, but I can tell you first hand this is not a property you want to stay at or raise a family in. Moment we walked in was greeted with a smile by Monique. Instantly, felt right at home she is great. Met Veronica shortly thereafter, she too, is the most accommodating manager ever. Always there to help with whatever need I have. Then there is Mr. Oscar who is over maintenance team. He is always there to help and knows everybody by name. Very well maintained property. Love it here!
