If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we first moved in, everything was great — the apartment was nice and reasonably priced and in a good location. Then the management changed. Right off the bat, the new management (REM) tried to violate our lease multiple times, including by trying to raise our water bill from ~$15 to $55. They also continuously threatened to charge random fees for “violations” to new rules that they never previously communicated and were extremely rude in all communications. Moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. The management and maintenance team are super friendly and easy to work with, shoutout Diana, Hope, Esteban, and Walter! They really care about the residents. The renovations look great, and it feels like they’re working hard to make this a great place to live. The negative reviews were from previous management, this current team has made a huge difference. Happy to have made the decision to move in here!
We just moved in a month ago - we love the location, love our apartment (super spacious), and love the amenities. And the staff has been so friendly and responsive to any issues we’ve had!
I recently moved in a few months ago and have a good experience so far - Diana helped me select the perfect apartment that is very spacious and recently renovated. I have not had issues with parking, elevators, or appliances yet. The few times I’ve had to reach out to Diana with questions/concerns, she addressed them immediately. The apartment is in the perfect location as I have a ton of places nearby and I feel safe in the area!
