Do not live here! Hope, the manager, ruined my family’s relationship and verbally harassed me in front of Other residents. They do not fix things and charge the highest out of the area. I’ve lived here six years and because of this manager I’ll be moving out this month. Terrible place to live!
Don’t live here. Period. REM property management sucks. Better off saving your money or spending else where to save mental well being and literal physical health. Don’t sacrifice those things for the location - it’s truly not worth it.

I used to really like this property but the new management company (REM Management) is sloppy and unreliable. I don't recommend, and it is definitely not worth it for the price. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in this area, do yourself a favor and pick one of those.
