I have been touring apartments all over Dallas, and although I won't be signing at Lennox at West Village, I wanted to leave a review and commend Rebecca for her exceptional quality of service. She was professional, communicative, dedicated and kind throughout every step of the process. Everything you could wish for in a Leasing Manager! If you are interested in touring at Lennox, I strongly recommend asking to work with Rebecca. She is amazing and I am so thankful for her help!
Worst experience I’ve ever had with property management. Especially Myra. Apartment location and apartment itself is great until you need any kind of assistance- then good luck. You have to follow up multiple times and even then have to go downstairs to escalate anything and then maybe something will get done. Management is incompetent. Specifically Myra at Rem Properties. It takes forever to get anything done, communication is terrible and she doesn’t respond unless you follow up multiple times or go down to the front desk and escalate. Apartment is in a great location, and used to be a good value when I moved here in 2022, but they recently jacked up the price 50% for all new units. Way above market value and there are much better deals elsewhere.
I honestly love living at Lennox the girls in the front office are seriously the best , they’re always so sweet, welcoming, and on top of everything. They make you feel like family every time you walk in. Maintenance is also amazing, super quick to fix anything and always so nice about it. You can really tell everyone here cares and works hard to keep the place nice. They are under construction but it hasn’t been a bother so far!
Best customer service as soon as I walked in Kaylee greeted me with a nice attitude and smile throughout the whole time we talked she gave nothing but professional services hands down one of the best customer service ever received thank you so much!
