I have loved my experience at Marquis Carmel Commons so far. From the move in experience to now living here over 6 months, I definitely plan to renew my lease. The office is great with any communications, maintenance is always available on a next-day basis (if not the day of), and the amenities are always clean and a great space to be a part of. My husband and I were thinking on buying a home after living 2 years here, but Marquis Carmel Commons are so amazing that we prefer to stay here cause we have everything we need and for half the price of a Mortage. 🤗🤗 Crazy huh? But real. 🤗🤗 This is definitely the best apartments to live. Quiet, pool 24/7, 365 days, gym, you’ll feel like in paradise. Don’t hesitate to live in here.
