Marquis is a great location for South Charlotte. Pet friendly, green space. All the access and amenities. Janice is the best leasing agent in the business, friendly and efficient!
We have lived at Marquis at Carmel Commons for about 5 years and we love it here. We like the location very much, we walk outside almost daily, there is a lovely pool, and a gym, seriously the gym is amazing! I’ve been going quit a bit lately, definitely check out the photos on the website to see more. The community here is wonderful as well. Amazing place to live. People are great, amazing amenities.
The leasing office staff is all fantastic, especially Janice and Gail. Maintenance is extremely friendly and responsive. I can’t speak for other apartments in the complex, but the moulding, trim, and tile have been so great to live in. The fireplace was a great touch in the fall and winter
