Procrastination at its finest - we moved here from Florida several months ago but I'm just writing this now. I’ve loved living here over the past 4.5 years, the staff is amazing, responsive, and helpful, and they do so much work on the property to keep things up for us. I’m only leaving because I’m moving states but would love to stay in another CWS property wherever I end up!!
We moved here in Aug 2022, it’s been more than 2 years here and I love my apartment and the view of the pool. Maintenance team responds on time. Amenities are good. But sometimes one might have issues with sounds and different kind of smells depending on the neighbours. Management responds well to most of the queries.
I have had such a wonderful experience living at Marquis at Carmel Commons. The management team is always friendly and responsive, and they truly care about making sure residents feel comfortable and at home. The grounds are always well-maintained, and I love the community amenities like the fitness center and the pool. Save yourself the hassle and time. Inquired about a one bedroom, spoke with a pleasant leasing agent and after a couple of weeks, reached out to schedule a tour. Upon returning her call, I was told to not bother wasting my time to come here, as it is owned by the same company as the complex across the street, where I had previously lived. The manager across the street did very little to resolve issues and never provided promised follow-up to any problem brought to her attention.
