Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. It took us 2 months to get a toilet that would flush toilet paper. When we moved in, the outlets downstairs didn’t work which took almost 2 weeks to get anyone to come fix. There is a roach/water-bug infestation and pest control only comes two days a month. It takes at least 2 follow-up office visits/calls/emails to get any answers about maintenance issues.
