Living there was not the issue. It was beautiful and all was well except when your lease ends. Management needs to step up on better communicating with tenants, not just when it is time to pay them. We were told on the phone that we should expect to hear from them a week after the lease ends to see if there are any additional charges or damages we needed to know about. No calls, great. This place is amazing. The staff is always super friendly! All my concerns are always quickly taken care of 10/10
It is a very pretty and quiet place to live. The pool is also great. I like that it has a parking garage with lots of security. They also have valet trash which is a nice touch. Overall it is the best place I have lived so far.
I’ve been here almost 3 years. This is such a great place to live with great people and staff! You’re close to so many things and just a short drive to Durham or Raleigh.
The Marq is easily the best place to live in the area. The place is clean, VERY safe and the apartments are huge. They always have things going on and all the staff is very helpful and kind. It's centrally located, the strip mall in the front has great places to eat, and everything you need is within 10 minutes.
