I have lived here 3 years and just love it! The management team provides excellent communication about projects and safety measures. The maintenance team is SO fast and thorough, usually taking care of the repair the same day as the request, which is unheard of at other apartment complexes! I love the library and covered parking, as well as the secure package room. I highly recommend living at The Marq at Ridgegate!
We first walked into The Marq on a Saturday while searching for our next apartment, and by that evening, we had submitted an application. We had toured and spoken with quite a few leasing consultants at different communities during our search, but Payton Williams truly stood out. From the moment we met her, she had such a warm and welcoming aura. We have lived here 9 1/2 years and I am so thankful for the Maintenance team. They are always responsive, timely and professional. Thank you for your hard work!
I would have stayed here longer if I could. Overall it was a great experience and anyone who is interested in a safe, great community should live here. The maintenance team was quick and friendly to all our requests. Hallways were clean and comfortably air conditioned in the appropriate seasons. Packages were left in the Luxer room for pickup. Trash was picked up on time. Great front desk staff.
The maintenance staff at the Ridgegate is outstanding. Response time and fixing the issue is quick and actually fixes the problem. It’s like being taken care of by the jack of all trades family member that everyone calls first
