We have lived here 9 1/2 years and I am so thankful for the Maintenance team. They are always responsive, timely and professional. Thank you for your hard work!
I would have stayed here longer if I could. Overall it was a great experience and anyone who is interested in a safe, great community should live here. The maintenance team was quick and friendly to all our requests. Hallways were clean and comfortably air conditioned in the appropriate seasons. Packages were left in the Luxer room for pickup. Trash was picked up on time. Great front desk staff.
The maintenance staff at the Ridgegate is outstanding. Response time and fixing the issue is quick and actually fixes the problem. It’s like being taken care of by the jack of all trades family member that everyone calls first

I put in a maintenance request for poor AC cooling in the evening. The next day maintenance came by, checked the thermostat, then said a capacitor was replaced and cooling was restored. They were friendly and fast. Some of the best.
