Unfortunately I have to move, as I would have happily remained here for years. The level of service provided by this complex has been amazing. The maintenance team, Tom and Martin, consistently go above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Likewise, the leasing office team, Madison and Rikki, have been incredibly helpful, always offering kind and supportive assistance whenever needed. Tom, my maintenance man was super nice, and quick. Fixed my sink in less than 5 mins. Really appreciate him.
I put in the work order last night and Tom came by this morning and got everything fixed! He was so friendly and very thorough!
Requested maintenance on our water heater and Martin and Tom of the maintenance team were friendly, thorough, and timely. Thanks to their efficiency, we had our water completely fixed on the same day.
Martin and Tom are great! I called for one thing to get fixed and they were kind enough to replace my light bulbs that were out and even fix my closet door. They’re also great with pets if you have any in your apartment! 10/10 great job
