We’ve absolutely loved living in this apartment complex and are so sad to be leaving! Our next home is actually another CWS-managed property because our experience here has been so positive. Maintenance has always been quick and seamless, and on the rare occasion there was a delay, we were kept updated. Living above the garden area has been wonderful—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by friendly neighbors. Nikki and Jessica at the front office have been amazing throughout our last 2 years here!
I am ever pleased and impressed with the response to my work orders by Tom. The request was filled in a timely and well done manner.
Tom & Javier performed my maintenance request quick and efficient. They were communicative and friendly. I appreciate there work.
