The maintenance staff at the Ridgegate is outstanding. Response time and fixing the issue is quick and actually fixes the problem. It’s like being taken care of by the jack of all trades family member that everyone calls first

I put in a maintenance request for poor AC cooling in the evening. The next day maintenance came by, checked the thermostat, then said a capacitor was replaced and cooling was restored. They were friendly and fast. Some of the best.
All perfect until this week the air condition is not working (inside room is like 80 F) and toilet is jammed. Requested emergency maintenance for several days, no response …. Please come fix the issues at fourth floor apt.5xxx :-( :-( :-( I will revise to five stars when it fixed…. The room just too hot and can’t take a shit …
The property is always kept clean, landscaping is always kept up on, and the maintenance team has been helpful. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 comes down to mail room and package delivery.
