Love living here. First three months have been great; looking forward many more ahead. Thanks! Update 1: I've been living at Marq Ridgegate for the past year and I've been very happy with my experience. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. Sent maintenance request - told it wouldn’t happen for a couple days. Tom came through the day of incident and fixed 2 problems! Great service and very efficient!
Javier and Tom did an absolutely great job changing the slats on my blinds and fixing my drains! They were very fast (took about 15 minutes total) and polite.
The entire staff here is so kind, generous, and thoughtful. Always willing to help out no matter what. Special shoutout to Tom, who’s part of the maintenance team!
