We just had our wedding at the Marq and I would recommend 10/10. Tyler, the event manager and venue coordinator was fantastic. He answered every text and phone call regardless of the time of day. He communicated a point person as well on the day of the wedding when he needed to step out to assist with other things. All costs were communicated up front and we were told about the 22% gratuity fee in our contact and in our final 2 meetings with Tyler we were told how it worked so we could take care off it wedding night. The salmon was pretty good, but the service was mediocre and the bugs flying around the salad bar were definitely less than appetizing and disgusting. The croutons were homemade but stale and soggy. The best thing on the salad and soup bar was the chicken noodle soup.
One of the best supper clubs i’ve ever been to!!! And not just because you get a free grasshopper with every purchase- though that’s pretty amazing. The service was fantastic, we got our food so fast, the bartenders are so personable. We both got the perch and were shocked to find out that the perch was their smallest portion size. We came here on our way north and were happily surprised by how delicious the fish fry was. We got the perch, which was cooked, and breaded to perfection. Ricky took great care of us. Whenever we are back in town we will be stopping here!
