About this business

We are a locally-oriented gastro-pub in Downtown Marquette which serves gourmet food and drinks in a more informal atmosphere. Our menu consists of a few staple items but mostly offers seasonally driven dishes, a few simple, but well executed desserts, well-crafted cocktails, a few choice beers, and wine. Our restaurant, itself, is ever evolving in regards to the concept and food but vigilant about maintaining a high level of consistency and quality in the service, fare, and libations. We like approachability but also believ... read more

Like the concept, but servings a bit small. Food good and desert excellent - no complaints. Much too loud which could be remedied pretty easily if they wanted. Other than that, nice atmosphere. Need better local beer selection on tap...only two from out of town. Staff nice and caring about your experience.

Great service, had the lamb burger that came out cooked to temp perfectly, house cut fries and aioli! Great job to the kitchen staff!

The food can stand with any restaurant anywhere. So inventive and fresh. And the overall feeling and atmosphere is so comfortable. If I could give it more stars I would. Love this place.

The cheese curds! The main dish was the perfect balance of hot and a bit of sweet, on flank steak and broccoli, with rice & cilantro, and cool cucumbers with some heat. The perfect serving amount but I could easily of had seconds!

Just left after our first visit - everything was amazing - great food, drinks, and cheese curds are to die for! I would love to know what the 5 spices are in the Marq mule - it's a perfect drink for our roasting hot Kansas summers!

One of our favorite restaurants in Marquette. We loved the small menu because it focused on the quality of a few amazing dishes. The variations and often changes to a few of their plates was always a welcome surprise. Having recently moved away from Marquette, we cannot wait for our trip back to have dinner with our favorite cocktails, bartender and chef. See you all soon!

Went to the restaurant last night for dinner, arriving about 5:30. Doors were locked and nothing posted on the door or billboard out front that they were closed. I even checked their web site before we left home to make sure they were open. Not a good way to run a business.

Went for the first time last night with my sister and her boyfriend, we all got Lamb burgers (they were top notch!) We also ha cheese curds as a starter (sooo good!) and our server Libby, was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude! It's so refreshing to have a restaurant like this in the U.P. will definitely be back :)
