Centre is backward with no currently no digital contract address, in 2025, to send complaint via to. Have not been facilitating treatment in accordance with my community treatment order, of whom care in under, of providing medication in the home.
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Inexperienced and unqualified staff do the initial intake “interview”, then take their “assessment” to the team and advocate or not on your behalf. Why do some social workers in this state think they are competent enough to add a clinical diagnosis to your medical file or make clinical decisions for the team?
Should include opening hours for your patients, we struggle as it is. Also don't know why you can't provide medication if we are on CTO. Happy to pay for it when I don't have a hammer above my head.
