We loved our stay, close to train shops and hotel was very nice!
The bar staff here are why I’m giving this place a bad review. Rude and combative
Rooms are very small so travel light. They are extremely comfortable and service is perfect. The whole feel of the hotel is European charm. An oasis from the energy of NYC. It has become our go to hotel for NYC.
I loved staying here! The overall experience was amazing, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. As someone who needed an accessible entrance, I was disappointed to learn there wasn’t an ADA-accessible entrance or exit. I also think room service would have been a nice addition. Despite those two things, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
Great location but the rooms are tiny! Beds were comfortable and my room was quiet but very little space to move in. Well decorate and very clean.
