I love this hotel so much. The rooms are definitely very small, but they make up for it in so many other ways. The yummy breakfast, the fabulous lobby, the free mini bar items, the room stocked with slippers and robes… And just the whole beauty and ambience of the lobby and the dining room. And the staff is really fabulous. It was a treat and I can't wait to go back.

This is NYC, the rooms will be small but who is gonna spend there time inside when there is SO much to see. These guys and gals are great. I was an ass, they remained professional.
