I've been lied to. Told things you could Google and prove wrong. Threatened, spoken to like I didn't know that I was saying. Again proving them incorrect/ misinformed. So far they have been nothing more than glorified secretaries. They acted like bought people on the phone. I even had to point that out. If your looking for someone to really fight for you look elsewhere. That was and is my experience. I'm very much disappointed with the service they've given me.
I would not waste time with this firm. They represented me with a worker’s compensation claim that took anlmost 4 years to finalize and they literally did as little as possible. I was harassed daily,retaliated against, demoted and wasn’t allowed to work for almost 3 years. I had video of the owner of my work telling me I was demoted for filing an injury claim, and this firm did NOTHING to protect me or my job. I was told “yes that’s against the law BUT the law doesn’t have any penalties for the employer for doing it to you” ... read more
