I’m currently in my third year renewing my lease at The Marke, and I can honestly say living here has been a great experience. The location is one of my favorite things about it — everything is close, convenient, and perfect for my work commute. We recently moved to The Marke and are very happy with our decision. The apartment is spacious with great features and the location close to the Metra station is fantastic for an easy commute. The residents are friendly and I love the dog friendly amenities with the covered dog run and spa! Nicole was absolutely fantastic answering all of our questions so quickly and facilitating an easy move-in!!
If you have disabilities, do NOT consider living here. I am applying for SS disability and offered to pay an entire 15 month lease up front and they would NOT ACCEPT IT. They said, because I will not have the income that the only solution would be showing a bank acct with 150k in it. Unbelievable. I've lived in this city longer than they've been here and this is how they treat low-income residents. Stay away.
Very attractive units; wonderful location for walking around downtown Elmhurst.
If you get the opportunity to meet/work with Nicole I promise you, you will have the most smoothest best move. Nicole replies so fast whenever we have emailed her questions from touring to application to move in preparation. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and always informative.
