I know Mark Morgan is a very good attorney however I gave one star for not responding to my initial call to his office. Three weeks have passed & still no phone call. However, I managed to resolve the issue within that time. Again, the 1 star isn't a reflection on Mr. Morgan's practice as a whole, this is representing my one experience with not returning a call.
