I've always had great interactions with the staff at the Mark-It, especially Catherine Britt (I think that's her name)! Both the screen printing and embroidery products our non-profit has ordered has been great in quality. Give them all your business!
We have used the Mark-It for several projects for our business. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. Our most recent project was a total flop. Screen print was placed in an odd place, not where the mark up showed. They look hideous! All they could say was they didn't know what happened. Still paid for them. Embarrassed to use them because they look so bad. Not good customer service.
