Poor Management My experience with The Mark was extremely frustrating, particularly during the move-out process. What should have been straightforward turned into a series of administrative errors and poor communication. My notice to vacate was lost by the office—not once, but twice. Thankfully, I kept my own documentation, because otherwise I could have potentially been held responsible for an additional month of rent due to their mistake. Dirty, broken gates, roaches The Mark is a terrible, unsafe property. One garage gate is dangling after someone bashed into it. It's been broken for about 3 months. The other gates are also frequently broken. It's been reported there are homeless people sleeping in the halls. The roach problem is consistently bad. The property manager is unprofessional. The hallways are filthy, dead roaches/bugs everywhere and it's so neglected, there are cobwebs!

There are two buildings- everything depends on which building you are in I am a current resident. Pros: 1. Good locality (Opposite to Regal oaks ) many good restaurants in the area , everything is nearby 2. 5 store garage parking (floor level parking) 3. Good security (has lock at almost every entrance which requires a fob to enter) 4. Maintenance and response from leasing offices is ok Cons There are two buildings to the either side of the garage. CANT WAIT!! The apartments are so beautiful! I toured with Sydney and she helped me find an apartment I want to live in. They have a 5 story parking garage and are pet friendly. They have a pet salon and a pet park. I can’t wait to live here! Thank you!

Great apartment, maintenance sucks and tons of pest issues The apartment seems great at first, and they are beautifully designed. However, their maintenance team takes forever to fix the orders you put in because of their "high move-in volume" and trying to get other apartments ready for move-in. Also, our apartment we live in is infested with ants, and their only sulotuon is to send pest control who says they can only spray for ants every 2 weeks.
