The management at this place is terrible and the maintenance staff went downhill once Guy left. Corporate doesn’t reach back out to you. I lived there for three years with zero missed payments. Within those three years, I had to deal with the water heater on the top floor unit bursting and flooding all the way down and settling into my unit THREE TIMES. Avoid at all costs. And there will be a ton of them. They kept my entire deposit and charged me an extra $600 for carpet that was damaged when I moved in. If you have one of the units adjacent to the pond, you will deal with roaches throughout the warm months. They were literally falling out of my vents. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors walking upstairs. My downstairs neighbors called the police on me for noise when I was rocking my daughter in a rocking chair. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. From the very first interaction, it was clear that this leasing office lacks even the most basic level of professionalism. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and shockingly impolite. Simple questions are met with attitude, interruptions, or condescending responses, as if helping prospective tenants is somehow an inconvenience to them. Communication is chaotic and unreliable. I rarely write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves to be shared. This leasing office is extremely misleading and, frankly, operates in a very deceptive manner. Over the phone, they confidently assure you that units are available and ready for immediate move-in, encouraging you to submit applications right away.
