This is the worse apartment management I have ever encountered. Long story short. Mind you this all happened over a year ago. My spouse and I were going to move in and we got approved. We decided not to move in for multiple reasons. Even though the holding fee of $150 was refunded back to us do to the situation of why we didn’t move in. Absolutely horrible move in. This place failed to inspect the property with good care. The second my mom went on the deck, she fell through very clearly rotted wood. Then when the manager came over she said she didnt know what the policy was when having someone get injured on her property. Many things were no cleaned on the first walk through and so maintenance had to come out again and STILL missed the rotted wood. All of this could have been preventable, but they were too lazy to do it.
RENTERS BEWARE My keys were stolen from my lock, ( I was rushing to get my daughter in as she had to pee) My mistake . I was at the time sure id lost them in my apartment, a week later a young man who lives in the complex broke into my car which lucky I'd had rekeyed so he could only open the door, he them broke into my apartment ( yes we have video ), seeing as I thought the keys were inside i didn't have the door rekeyed yet. Lots of little problems and one big one that could all easily fixed if they would just do it. The quality of the apartments are very low for the price. There's something weird with the water where it gets gunky in the drain and faucets. Like mold or something. I've never seen that before. The gym is okay but they rarely refill the wipe dispenser and the water filter in the fountain has needed replacing since we moved in nearly a year ago.
