ROACHES! We recently moved in 3 months ago and they have come out 6 different times to our apartment alone to spray for roaches (kitchen/front door/ balcony). We find maybe one every couple weeks or so, but just found two in one night in our bathroom. They are very responsive and are very REACTIVE to the problem. You call and they put you on the list for the pest guy to come and spray (which only happens on Thursdays so you better hope his schedule isn’t full on that Thursday). They insisted that the carpets were newly installed when I moved in, despite having the same pink stains that were in the bathroom drawers. When I moved out, they charged me $1k to replace them. If you have one of the units adjacent to the pond, you will deal with roaches throughout the warm months. They were literally falling out of my vents. This is the worse apartment management I have ever encountered. Long story short. Mind you this all happened over a year ago. My spouse and I were going to move in and we got approved. We decided not to move in for multiple reasons. Even though the holding fee of $150 was refunded back to us do to the situation of why we didn’t move in. Well months later I started getting harassed by Gates Hudson about a balance being owed of $150. Absolutely horrible move in. This place failed to inspect the property with good care. The second my mom went on the deck, she fell through very clearly rotted wood. Then when the manager came over she said she didnt know what the policy was when having someone get injured on her property. Many things were no cleaned on the first walk through and so maintenance had to come out again and STILL missed the rotted wood. All of this could have been preventable, but they were too lazy to do it.
