Once again the police were called out to 'The Mark at Parliament' on September 4, 2010. There was a disturbance involving two men and one woman who live in building 15. The complex has changed their name from 'The Mark at Parliament' to 'Castle Rock Apartments' Other than a new name the complex has still not changed. I didnt have a good experience there. They take forever to do repairs and light bulds at the parking lot are always out. also the students from churhill high school always parked at the apartments.
Plumbing is horrible! When doing repairs they shut the water off without notice then leave it off for very long periods. Office staff are rude. Horrible place to live.
Once new management came in the place has been improving everyday. I really enjoy the staffs friendliness and their ability to get things fixed quickly.I have really enjoyed my time here.

the apartments are in really good conditions. the area is great as well as the cleanlyness but the costumer service is just awfu.
