The staff at Mark at Midlothian are exceptional. The property is consistently immaculate, and I've been particularly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Mya and Carley. They truly go above and beyond to create a top-tier experience for the community.
I just have to share how much I adore living at Mark in Midlothian! Honestly, everything about this place is amazing. From the wonderful community to the fantastic staff and beautiful apartments, I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for an incredible place to call home, you absolutely have to check it out!
I have loved living in this apartment until they changed towing companies. They hired a towing company with a 1 star review while every other tow company in DFW has better ratings. The tow place is 45 minutes away and in a horrible part of town. As a 21 year old girl I felt extremely unsafe there. The guest QR was not working and so I planned to talk to the office the next morning and let them know I had a car there and they towed the car that night before I was even able to reach the office. My fiance and I have lived here for 3 years. At first the apartments were very nice with respectful residents and very little crime. They have since stopped requiring credit checks and it is very apparent. Petty crime has increased exponentially, suspicious behavior is occurring throughout the night and into early morning, and more cars come and go blaring their music for all to hear. The office staff was once very friendly and now the newest office manager is extremely condescending and acts like you aren't worth her time. ... read more
