Mya was extremely sweet and helpful with the tour/leasing process, answered all of our questions with a smile!!
worst place i’ve ever visited, have been towed twice when i have an active sticker. DO NOT EVEN VISIT HERE YOU WILL GET TOWED
DO NOT LEASE HERE. One of the most serious issues has been the failure to return our full deposit. We are owed the equivalent of one month’s rent, and despite multiple emails with supporting documentation, the leasing office has not addressed or resolved this matter. There are also numerous fees that are not clearly disclosed and appear to change from month to month without explanation. Really just wanted to leave this review to acknowledge Micheal who works as maintenance at this complex . He is a stand up guy that goes above and beyond every time we put in a service request. No matter the task he handles it with skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. He is always well mannered, respectful, and willing to do the work.
