I’ve lived here Florio years now and there are regular issues that continue to happen that doesn’t make the price tag match the apartments. 1. Listed as a gated community but the gated have maybe worked a total of ten days in two years and that not consecutive. 2. Maintaince issues- I’ve had a mouse issue for over a month they marked it complete even after never visiting the apartment and had to handle on my own.
