Scheduled a maintenance request appointment and put “no” to the permission to enter option and put a note to call or message me to schedule best time to enter on the request because I want to be inside and alert when maintenance arrives. Been doing this call or message me to schedule a best time before entering option since 2022 and it has never been an issue until now. Mya is truly exceptional. She maintains a high level of professionalism, responds promptly, and shows remarkable patience, especially during the challenging transition when the apartment complex was bought out and the new manager was less effective. Although she can no longer do everything she used to, she consistently strives to serve the tenants best interests. I am incredibly grateful that she continues to be part of this community, as I know problems will be resolved because she is still here.
Since taking over the property, the property manager (Micheal Steen) has been excellent and really reassuring with issues beyond his control. Excellent communication and leadership skills that will be great for this apartment community
The new staff is way more attentive so far.
