From the tour, to settling me in to the apartment he was always someone I could call and count on to help me ensure everything went smoothly. I looked at what felt like a million different apartment communities before choosing The Mark at Fishers District, and I’m so glad I ended up here. A huge part of that is because of Tommy. Moving can be incredibly stressful, and I had prepared myself for the process to be overwhelming, but Tommy made everything so easy. To be fair, I am not a resident but a potential resident. I scheduled a tour two days ago and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. The doors to the leasing office are locked, so there’s nothing to do but wait outside. You can easily see the front desk from the outside, and though the lights were on, no one was there. I waited about ten minutes after my appointment time arrived and called the office several times to no avail.
