It is truly a shame this wonderful building is soured by unhelpful, rude, and conniving new management. The walkability is amazing, the people make it not worth it though.
I am in the process of relocating for my job! The Mark was the first place I looked at and the last place I returned too! Not only is the location of the Mark ideal for someone who is moving from out of state and wants to be in the mix of community and connection but the team at The Mark made a very stressful process incredibly easy! So far I have worked with Melony, Patricia, and Tommy! All 3 of them took it upon themselves to ensure as much of my application and move in process could be completed from Ohio as possible! We were here for a short period of time while waiting for our house to be built. There aren’t many good things I can say about my experience. The positives include the location. It is near multiple restaurants and a Target. Also the unit was one of the largest we looked at. However, given what we paid to live here I felt like most common area were dirty. I would often find trash or dog waste in the stairwell and hallways that would sit for weeks at a time or not get cleaned at all. The pool area often would turn into a party... read more
