I lived at The Mark for about a year, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was frustrating. Before signing my lease, I specifically told the leasing agent I did not want to live above or near the trash area due to concerns about noise and smell. I was shown a unit toward the back of the building, which seemed like a better fit. However, I want to recognize Sara, the property manager, for completely turning the situation around. She personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right.
