I am in the process of relocating for my job! The Mark was the first place I looked at and the last place I returned too! Not only is the location of the Mark ideal for someone who is moving from out of state and wants to be in the mix of community and connection but the team at The Mark made a very stressful process incredibly easy! We were here for a short period of time while waiting for our house to be built. There aren’t many good things I can say about my experience. The positives include the location. It is near multiple restaurants and a Target. Also the unit was one of the largest we looked at. However, given what we paid to live here I felt like most common area were dirty. I would often find trash or dog waste in the stairwell and hallways that would sit for weeks at a time or not get cleaned at all. The pool area often would turn into a party... read more

We stayed here for a year, and with each passing month, things got worse. It started with the office staff; no one cared about solving your problem. Unanswered emails, unanswered calls, and even when I went to speak to them in person, they never gave me a straight answer. The only team that works is the maintenance team. My balcony was falling down, and they only deducted it from my rent on the last payment, when I was already moving in. Everyone at the Mark has been extremely personable and knowledgeable. The facilities themselves are outstanding but what puts this place over others is the staff!
