This place became an absolute joke. I cannot complain enough about the management team The lack of communication is embarrassing. In the 15 months I resided at this property I had an immense amount of issues. For the first 3 months it went somewhat smooth. However we witnessed countless management changes and the overall maintenance of the building fall apart. We consistently had water leaks that resulted in fire alarms and bacterial growth. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Randy, our assistant property manager. From the very beginning of the move-in process, he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He has been incredibly professional, and genuinely caring, qualities that make a stressful process so much easier. The mark used to be great. I loved it here and I have lived here for a while now, 4 years. Every time something goes right here 20 things go wrong. The people who work here don't stay long ever. Customer service! Communicate! Offer help! The people currently in the office.... no comment. They can't be bothered. Juan, Toya, Anthony and Cameron are the only nice people left or people that care (maintenance) I'm not sure how they are surviving.
