Awful experience living here. Things always break and they utilize a predatory towing company. Saw bad reviews before moving in and ignored them, thinking it was just unrealistic renters; however, do NOT ignore the red flags. This place simply is not worth the money and it is a HIGHLY unorganized community to live in. Took close to 6 months to get a proper functioning fob.
