Both my wife Laurie and I had such a wonderful experience working with Mark Ashby. He prepared us well for getting our home ready to sell. Whereas we are residents of Florida, Mark addressed that we should perhaps get our home ready to list in early April, so that we can get a jump on the market (great advice).
