Verified Renter LOVE LIVING HERE!! I believe this is my 20th year living here. This is home to me. Will stay as long as I can afford it. Nice, safe, quiet well maintained property. Nice staff.
No point in reviewing this place because it is so bad that this service posts nothing but good reviews from people who just moved in. The Mark Apartments is a scandalous horror show... but go ahead and rent it will be fine until you renew your lease or have a maintenance issue or try to pick up a package.
First impressions are everything I visited this property many years ago and actually forgot about it. So, I decided to give it another shot. I looked over the website and viewed all of the floorplans, virtual tours, pricing and amenities. Filthy carpets, smelly hallways. So glad to have left. People below us had mice problem. Hallway was tagged with obscenity. Terrible. Minus stars.

Linda, thank you for your feedback. In response to your review, one of our team members inspected your former building for evidence of pest or upkeep issues, and none were discovered. That said, we did treat the carpet for stains. We appreciate you letting us know about potential problems, and we wish you well in your new home.
RecommendedI recommend calling the mark apartments and asking to speak with Tricia. She was an Allstar and a half when helping me move into the mark apartments. She went above and beyond and really excelled. I recommend asking for Tricia if you are looking to move into the mark apartments. Great area great people
