My family stayed here for a week on vacation. I believe half of the building is owned by companies who lease apartments for short vacation stays. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or friendlier staff. There is a parking garage located across the street which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.
The trash shouldn't be kept inside a small room on each floor causing the hall to stink especially if your apartment is next to the "trash room".

Very nice building and location, but that's it! Maintenance is horrible! My A/C has not worked properly for 3 months now! When I talk to the staff, they tell me they will fix it or that they can't find anything wrong with it. I offered to hire my own A/C repair man and deduct it from the rent but they said they would not allow that. To try to get their attention I withheld rent but their response to that was to try to evict me! Another time there was a flood a few floors above me.
