Caralee is amazing to work with. She represented the sellers, we came in unrepresented as the buyers. she's great for her clients and responds quickly and actually knows the information required about a property to get an offer in! A GREAT Realtor for a first-time home seller! After getting a recommendation for Caralee Gurney from friends who sold their home we set up a meeting to look at the home and discuss our options. Caralee showed up for our initial walk-through with comps, solds, estimates of what our home could sell for, and most importantly, an open mind.
