Barb and David were both very friendly to me from signing date to move-out. They offered me space to store my items during the dreaded "week of homelessness" that students struggle with (the week between lease signings). I was impressed with how the internet wireless strength reached all of the building. Each room also comes with an Ethernet cable which allowed for speeds above 300Mbps downloading. It is an old building and renting here comes with the issues typical of an old building. But the price was fair and the landlords took care of any issues I had. It was nice to have an apartment entirely to myself, and having the utilities and internet included in the rent meant one less distraction from my classes. This is a good place to rent.
I moved into The Marion a year ago and was pleasantly surprised when I found my adorable apartment! I have loved living here ever since! The location is great, right I. The heart of downtown. My favorite coffee shops and bars are all within comfortable walking distance and the University of Stout is just a few minutes walk as well.
