I am very pleased with Shoreline at the Lakes! I was moving from Seattle and happen to find this lovely place online. The staff, very helpful and courteous, goes above and beyond; Yadira especially!! She made my whole experience easy, communicated well and made the process smooth - all online and thru email. Maintenance is also wonderful. Had an issue and they fixed it the same day - amazing. My experience here so far has been excellent. I'm new to the apartment complex but I can see myself here for a very long time.
I am extremely impressed with this apartment community and everything it has to offer. From the moment I visited, the property was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The move in process was easy! They are very nice and professional. You feel respected. Yadira is very sweet and helpful. She made us feel welcome and gave us an overall great experience. I have been a resident at Shoreline at the lakes for almost 3 years now, and the experience has been nothing but fantastic. Whitney and Yadira are both wonderful and extremely helpful. Any issues have been fixed very quickly, including when my AC died in the summer, someone was out to fix it within 2 hours of me calling. Highly reccomend living here!
