Why you guy so obsessed with the cars in the parking lot calling the tow and not with keep the parking lot clean or with the maintenance it would be awesome to spend the money on the property like hiring someone who can keep it clean and good maintenance ppl instead of a two company we pay way too much yo be worried about taking our cars smh 😏

So normally I do not leave reviews, but I have lived here for almost 5 years and have decided to give my honest thoughts about the property. Whitney and Yadira have put in a LOT of work after taking over from when Cameron and a few others were here previously and if it wasn't for these two womens hard work managing the property and being super responsive and taking the initiative... I wasn’t given an explanation of what they did. The apartment still smells like the attic space. When the A/C kicks on you can smell it.
My move in was such a breath of fresh air. It was very seamless especially having a small child and the staff at shoreline is very attentive . I truly picked the right place to live and couldn’t be more happy with the home and the community.
