Absolutely loved living here ! If I hadn't bought a house, I would have definitely renewed my lease. The maintenance was always top-notch, and the staff were amazing. Really made it feel like home!
Yadira was very pleasant and professional. She explained the information required to rent an apartment. We really like the area and look forward to making the shoreline at the lakes our home.
My daughter is a resident here for about 4 years, and she loves it here, especially her dogs. Its a very animal friendly area and kid friendly. We needed to move and we thought maybe we can rent here and we dont have pets but wasnt sure about it due to pets. But we applied and I have had no issues yet we did one year and just renewed our lease again. All pets are on leashes and you dont here any pets at all. Offic and maintenance have absolutely great communication. Great place to stay.

I lived here for about 2 years and it was the most peaceful and spacious place. I had the easiest time with submitting my application and getting my apartment especially when I needed to find a new home asap. I always had my work orders done in a timely fashion. The front office has always been so understanding and polite that my experience here has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. I moved due to living in a new location but this apartment will always have a spot in my heart.
