I had such a great experience visiting the community! Yadira the lady up front was incredibly helpful and super quick to respond to everything, she communicated very well, which made a really good first impression. I'm really excited to put in my application and would highly recommend it!

The lady's in the office are super nice but man the acs don't work for shit here . 330 dollars a month on electricity to keep the place 90 . Also they constantly just put patch after patch on the AC instead of getting an actual ac guy to fix it. Out of the 4 years I've lived here the AC has completely stopped working about 3 times per year.
My A/C had an issue. Maitainance arrived and replaced the compressor with 3 hours. I am impressed and greatful.
