Primero que nada las fotos no son las que muestran en la publicaciones, en todo el pasillo no hay calefacción,en la ducha el agua cambiaba de caliente a fría, el mantenimiento del hotel pésimo ( se supone que el mantenimiento sea después de las 11 o 12 del mediodía) el servicio en recepción malísimo! ostia y grosero el supuesto desayuno continental un fraude… te tenía que preparar el desayuno uno mismo pico persona y en mi estadía solo vi 3 personas para todooo! en el are de la piscina poca supervisión (personas bebiendo alc... read more

On December 30, 2025, I rented a room at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist who was working around 1:00 PM treated me in a very unprofessional manner and did not provide my room in a timely way. At that moment, I was facing an urgent situation and needed to use the bathroom, but I did not receive any empathy or proper assistance. The place had a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we arrived, and the service was very poor — staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast was extremely basic, and the rooms, while relatively clean, felt old and poorly maintained. Overall, disappointing experience for the price.
