It is a very nice apartment building
Just moved in and Louie was great thru the entire process. Super prompt with replies, getting my lease signed and helped me get into an apartment very quickly. He's always friendly and answers all my questions. The apartments are great too. Nice facilities, very secure. My only complaint is how small the washer and dryer are lol
I lived at this complex for over two years, and had a good move-in experience, as well as the first couple months within this complex. However, after that, it’s slowly began to go downhill, I had countless packages stolen, and really management doesn’t care at all. When I first moved in, I lived on the top floor, and felt like in general. The noise was OK. The one bedroom apartment is essentially a glorified studio apartment. There is no door on the bedroom and the wall between the bedroom and kitchen doesn't go all the way to the ceiling. In addition to that, the community manager feels it is his duty to send blast complaint emails to the entire community at least once a week if not more. I found it hard to want to pay $1700/month to feel like I was a kid living with my parents.
They tried to charge an illegal cleaning fee when I moved out, and that was after talking to the property manager multiple times asking about the move out process and how much cleaning I needed to do before move out, they said it was professionally cleaned anyways, but no mention of any fee, and I did clean before I moved out so was not an issue of excessive cleaning, they even said it was a regular cleaning fee for everyone.
