Moved in last month after returning to Loomis. So happy to have found these apartments in this quiet town! Apartment is clean with well maintained grounds and management communicated well with move in and answering all my questions.

The staff is professional, approachable, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s a peaceful place to live, and I’ve had a genuinely positive experience here. The community in Loomis is friendly, quiet, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to call home. One of the best perks is the new Costco right next door, which makes shopping incredibly convenient.
