Over priced for a property that needs a major renovation. False advertisement to say the least. The online pictures were very misleading and I was so very disappointed. I told Mark about the photos and he tried to cover it up until I sent the pics to him and he then admitted to the old photos, but still currently advertising as such. The inside pool was filthy, the room smelled and the house was nice, just outdated. All white paint, an outdated kitchen and antique bathrooms. Just an awful sight. I’ve worked with The Mardia Group managing my rental property and they’ve been solid across the board. They handled the leasing process quickly, placed a qualified tenant, and kept everything organized from day one. Communication is consistent and I always know what’s going on with my property. It’s been a smooth experience and I feel confident having them manage my investment.

Our moving process started out and has since gone amazing with The Mardia Group. We moved to Texas in the middle of the night and were shocked with how understanding they were. They turned the heat on for us and made sure the house was ready and keys were on site. Not to mention following up to make sure we were comfortable days later.
