Unfortunately my family and I stayed at a home managed by this group for two years. As we toured, we were told they would likely replace the carpet since it was damaged and needed an update. Surprise, we moved in and it was the same carpet, and from what we could tell it was not even vacuumed since when we took a vaccuum it, it picked up a lot of dirt, and debree. Just stayed in a rental property ran by The Mardia Group (2 years). Most of the stay was fine, as they are very hands off. They are difficult to get a hold of, but if you don’t have any pressing needs that doesn’t come up too much. However, when it’s time for your security deposit, don’t expect to get much back (We received $0). They were very thorough in finding reasons not to return our money. Over priced for a property that needs a major renovation. False advertisement to say the least. The online pictures were very misleading and I was so very disappointed. I told Mark about the photos and he tried to cover it up until I sent the pics to him and he then admitted to the old photos, but still currently advertising as such. The inside pool was filthy, the room smelled and the house was nice, just outdated. All white paint, an outdated kitchen and antique bathrooms. Just an awful sight.
