So sad. My family and I cannot seem to get into contact with anyone from here. Just wanted to check out a property, but after they asked us a question via text, we never received any response back after we replied.

Unfortunately my family and I stayed at a home managed by this group for two years. As we toured, we were told they would likely replace the carpet since it was damaged and needed an update. Surprise, we moved in and it was the same carpet, and from what we could tell it was not even vacuumed since when we took a vaccuum it, it picked up a lot of dirt, and debree. Just stayed in a rental property ran by The Mardia Group (2 years). Most of the stay was fine, as they are very hands off. They are difficult to get a hold of, but if you don’t have any pressing needs that doesn’t come up too much. However, when it’s time for your security deposit, don’t expect to get much back (We received $0). They were very thorough in finding reasons not to return our money.
