The apartment quality is very high, the location is nice with it being next to the park (if you like the events). Local concerts and festivals right outside can be nice, a bit loud at times though. My issue is not with the quality of the apartments, it comes with the issue of cost. Over $1400 for the cheapest units and I was still charged when there was carpet damage DESPITE paying a substantial pet fee for my cat. Visiting family. Beautiful apartments with really nice family room that has large screen TV, eat-in kitchen, balcony overlooking Marcum Park.
