The room was clean and tidy however the WiFi if terrible. It buffers the whole time. Pool area was dirty with cups and used towels and none available to use. The pool area is indoors and hot and they open the sliding glass for anyone to walk in then the door going into the hotel is unlocked-it felt unsafe with my children present. When we came back to shower, there wasn’t any shampoo and only 3 towels for the 4 of us. Staff was “ok”. The hotel on the inside is nice. The outside.... not so much. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. This is my second time here the first time I had a great experience. This time the woman argued with me over a $50 deposit the was included in my payment through booking.com. How can a business tell a customer that they have no control over what a website tells their customer? I will never stay here again. She says she has worked here for 3 year. Hotel has a funny smell. Only stayed one night better yet a few hours got in around 10pm was out by 2am, I could not sleep. ONE THING THAT THIS HOTEL DOES THATS A BIG NO NO IS TELLING THE ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD AT CHECK IN, FOR ANYONE IN THE LOBBY TO HEAR. WTH!!! YOU NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER THE ROOM NUMBER THATS THE PURPOSE OF THE CARD SLEEVE.
