We were very happy at The Marc for 4 years! The apartment finishes are high end. All areas of the complex are kept very clean daily. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Art & Itzel are the best! They managed the property very well. There are nice tenant appreciation events in the common room & Itzel does special seasonal & holiday decorating. We love living at the MARC! It’s comfort, safety, and many conveniences such as hot tub, exercise room, and party spaces. We ESPECIALLY appreciate the office staff! They are SO helpful, friendly and responsive to tenant needs!
