We love living at the MARC! It’s comfort, safety, and many conveniences such as hot tub, exercise room, and party spaces. We ESPECIALLY appreciate the office staff! They are SO helpful, friendly and responsive to tenant needs!
We moved in shortly after The Marc was completed and are still currently here. While there were issues initially (especially with parties and loud residents), I am happy to say that the building has become a very nice mix of adults and families. And many of the negative reviews I see here are from the early days of The Marc when things were a little bumpy. In the past few years, I would say these issues are no longer true.
